Rehab Practice Management, LLC was founded in July 2004 to
be a complete rehab solution for the communities we serve. Through predecessor
companies, we have been providing rehabilitation services and solutions
for more than thirty years.
Chief Financial Officer: Bill
Allen
Bill Allen has over 20 years experience leading and
managing organizations as President, COO, and CFO. Prior to joining
Rehab Practice Management, Mr. Allen served as President and COO of
Southeastern Telecom where he managed the corporate office and 11
operating locations with over 225 employees. Mr. Allen also served
as CFO for 12 years where he negotiated acquisitions, supervised all
legal, finance, accounting, purchasing, risk management and information
technology functions, and supervised system conversion of new computer
hardware and software used in operating the business. Mr. Allen
worked ten years for Arthur Andersen & Co. as an audit manager.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in
Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA), and obtained certifications in Mississippi,
Texas, and Tennessee.
Chief Operating Officer: Jennifer
Sjoblom
Ms. Sjoblom, has
nearly 15 years of experience in medical rehabilitation services.
Prior to joining Rehab Practice Management, Ms. Sjoblom served as
Regional Director of Operations for National Rehab Partners, Inc.
Ms. Sjoblom
has served in an Operations Management capacity with two other
rehabilitation companies, including Rehability
Hospital Services, Inc. a $26 million subsidiary of a publicly traded
company. Ms. Sjoblom
received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F.
Austin State University.

Chairman and CEO: John Hawes
John
Allan Hawes, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has
more than 20 years of experience in medical rehabilitation
services. Prior to founding Rehab Practice Management, Mr. Hawes
founded National Rehab Partners, Inc. and built it to the second
largest provider of rehabilitation services to hospitals. Mr.
Hawes has served as Chief Operating Officer of two other rehabilitation
companies, including Rehability Hospital Services, Inc. a $26 million
subsidiary of a publicly traded company. Mr. Hawes received his
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California
and Master of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University. Mr.
Hawes also has a distinguished community service record, including
three years as President of the Southern California Head Injury
Foundation.
